Data controller

The data controller is Yusuf Şirin, the owner of the sole proprietorship operating under the name Ege Adworks.

Data we process

We process the name, phone number and/or e-mail address, selected service and message you share in the contact form. To prove that this notice was shown to you, we also keep a technical form record: date and time, IP address, country, browser information, page address (URL) and language.

Purposes of processing

We use your data to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer. We also use it to prove that this notice was shown, to keep the site secure, to prevent abuse and to compile aggregate visit statistics.

Legal basis

We process your data to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c), because it is directly related to establishing a contract. We rely on the legitimate-interest ground of KVKK Art. 5/2-(f) to prove that this notice was shown, to keep the site secure, to prevent abuse and to compile aggregate visit statistics. The form has no explicit-consent box.

Recipients and transfer abroad

We share your data with Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, the contact form, e-mail routing and visit measurement, and with Resend for e-mail delivery. Both providers are in the USA. Your data is transferred abroad within the framework of the safeguards provided for in KVKK Art. 9, as amended by Law No. 7499. We share your data with no one else.

Retention period

We keep your messages and the technical form records for as long as needed to answer and follow up your inquiry, and for at most 2 years after our last contact.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you can apply to us to exercise these rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed.
• To request information if your personal data has been processed.
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose.
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred.
• To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
• To request erasure or destruction of your personal data under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7.
• To request that corrections, erasures and destructions be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to.
• To object to a result against you that arises solely from analysis of your data by automated systems.
• To claim compensation for damage you suffer because your personal data was processed unlawfully.

To exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11, you can apply to us under Art. 13 by e-mail to info@egeadworks.com.tr. If we announce a registered electronic mail (KEP) address in future, you can use that address for your applications too.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit measurements. This service works without cookies; our site sets no cookies at all.
